Evaluations will take place at Kent Middle School in the Main Gym from Monday, October 7 through Sunday, October 20. The full schedule is available here.

Please bring a water bottle, basketball and great attitude.

Please let us know via email that your player is unavailable to attend. We will respond with best next steps for your player.

Evaluations will be conducted by outside evaluators who will help create one "A" team of 10 players and balanced "B" teams with the remaining players. During evaluations, parents will not be allowed in the gym.

For 3rd graders, practices will be held on the weekends. For 4th-8th graders, there will be one practice during the week and one practice on the weekend.

Practices will start in the beginning of November. Teams may play tournaments during the Thanksgiving and holiday break at the coach's discretion. Games will start in early January and continue until mid-March.

Uniforms are available for purchase at T & B Sports (1345 4th Street, San Rafael, CA). For new players, please wait for further information from your coach regarding jersey numbers before purchasing your uniform.

• If you withdraw before tryouts, you will receive a full refund.
• If you withdraw after tryouts but before the teams have been announced, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you withdraw after the 1st practice, there is no refund.
• The CYO Board reserves the right to amend the above on a case-by-case basis.
